Grant hails from about as far away from the industry as you can get: The farm. His thinking has been applied to everything from a state-of-the-art NFL stadium for the New York Giants to the cultural business strategy that led to the success of the Fogo Island Inn in Newfoundland, Canada. For him, there’s nothing more rewarding than hearing people talk about how much they love something he’s helped create. Why? Because if his work isn’t worth someone’s time, it’s probably bullshit.
